Our à la carte restaurant is divided into Quieto, Rigel and Bellatrix spaces and includes two terraces named Sirius and Aldebaran, and a spacious hotel garden. Each restaurant space and separate terraces are originally designed to provide our guests with the perfect atmosphere for any romantic, casual, business or family event, and provide them with all the privacy they need.
Taste local Istrian cuisine made only from fresh seasonal ingredients, including fish directly from Adriatic sea. Our restaurant offers meals with truffles which grow in the nearby Motovun forest, the natural habitat of the Istrian White truffle. Truffles are one of the most valuable additions to every plate because of their specific set of aromas and flavors. The restaurant menu also includes famous Istrian prosciutto, cheese, traditional Istrian pasta and some of the unique meals made of venison and “boškarin” – indigenous sort of Istrian cattle.
